Our new kitchen team will whet your palate, serving the flavours and the aromas of our area, they will prepare the best Italian and regional dishes with some creative variations.
Taste and health can and should be tightly intertwined, especially in this hotel where we dedicate ourselves to treat our guests; that is why our chef has eliminated glutamate, preferring spices and herbs to flavor his dishes. Ingredients are seasonal and local, and they are prepared and cooked with the latest cooking techniques to preserve their nutrients and enhance flavor without adding fats. Smoking, low temperature cooking and confit cooking are done daily by our team.
The kitchen team led by the Chef Gianni Marconato is proud to make homemade food such as homemade bread, flatbread, pizza and fresh pasta.
The restaurant is on the ground floor; it has been enlarged in march 2018 and it is now a very light location thanks to the glass windows that offer a relaxing view on the garden. A rich buffet of fresh vegetables and starters will be waiting for you at lunch and dinner.
The menus, which differ every day, offer a selection of first courses, main dishes of meat, fish, vegetables and desserts that come from the regional, Italian cuisine specialties. The menu of the day will also offer vegetarian dishes and gluten-free food to meet the needs of guests with special requirements. The wide choice of courses is always accompanied by a good selection of the best Italian wines.
