welcoming you safely to protect your health and that of our collaborators is our priority. Therefore, we have followed the Italian government’s provisions and we have applied a number of measures of sanitation and behavior that we will list below. Upon your arrival, you will be properly informed by our personnel.

We are coming out of months of isolation that have made us wish for Holidays and Freedom while also leaving us with a fear of meeting other people.

The Spa is a destination for those who want relaxation and rest in a comfortable environment. The ample wide spaces of our estate have always guaranteed both privacy and peace at the Hotel Harrys’ Garden where the space-to-guest ratio is unique, especially in the very large outdoor park and the large water surface of the thermal swimming-pools.

250 meters of openable windows at the ground floor allow the constant air change in common spaces.

Last winter, we completely renovated the 4th and 5th floors, even knocking down some walls. The result is we have very new Modern Rooms and Suites that are waiting for you to be inaugurated.

Moreover, we have even improved the hygiene and cleanliness standards so that you can enjoy your health and wellness holiday in peace and relaxation.

Precautional measures relevant to Covid-19

• Upon your arrival, your body temperature will be measured to verify that it does not exceed 37.5° C
• In several stations of the hotel, there are disinfectant dispensers for the hands.
• Our staff has been adequately trained on the procedures to follow for welcoming and managing our guests safely.
• Moreover, the personnel are equipped with personal protection equipment. We check the body temperature of our collaborators daily.
• All the environments of the Hotel have been sanitized and the common spaces, any surface that can be touched, elevators and toilets are cleaned and sanitized several times a day.
• Please wear the mask in all common areas and keep a distance of at least 1 meter from the other guests.
• Our personnel will help you fulfil this mandatory provision.
• Social distancing is not required for the members of the same family.
• In our 20,000 sq. m park, each swimming-pool sunbed is sanitized after a person has used it. You don’t need to wear the mask when you are in the water but please keep at least 2 meters of distance from the other guests.
• The bathing cap is compulsory in the pool
• In the breakfast room, restaurant and bar, you will be seated in order to maintain social distancing.
• Table service is carried out by our personnel for all meals. Please choose any of our daily proposals and your waiter will treat you and pamper you.
• The gymnasium can be used by a limited number of people per time and each piece of equipment is positioned 2 meters from each other.
• After you have used a piece of equipment, please clean with the disinfectant made available.
• Spa Department: it is a recognized Health Center recognized by the Italian Health Ministry and supervised by a Doctor.
• During the medical checkup for undergoing the thermal treatments, the doctor will check your physical conditions. He will check your body temperature because this is a precaution taken for the safety of everybody.
• The Treatment department and the Massage and Beauty Department can be attended only wearing the suitable protection devices and after making an appointment.
